Scott is a versatile attorney who uses his knowledge of healthcare and real estate law to help clients navigate complex legal landscapes and achieve their business objectives.

As a healthcare lawyer, Scott counsels long-term care providers, hospitals and hospital systems, physicians and physician groups, and other healthcare organizations on the regulatory and administrative law issues that impact their businesses.

His healthcare experience extends to regulatory certifications surveys, Certificates of Public Need, insurance reimbursement matters, and Virginia DHP investigations. His varied legal experience and broad perspectives enable him to offer clients unique solutions tailored specifically to address their individual challenges.

On the real estate side, Scott assists community associations of all shapes and sizes with their business issues. He also helps corporate clients address their commercial real estate and leasing needs. He particularly enjoys when these two practice areas overlap, and he is able to assist his healthcare clients with their commercial real estate needs.

When not in the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, particularly soccer, and completing home improvement projects.
