Ashley enjoys serving as outside general counsel for businesses, designing and implementing tailored legal “game plans” that balance his in-depth knowledge and adaptability. He approaches each legal concern with the confidence and experience his clients need to look forward, stay on track, and come out ahead.
Ashley’s history with business law and the firm began when he started as a clerk at Sands Anderson. He became a shareholder in 2014. His experience also includes serving as clerkship with the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel, and as an intern under The Honorable Gary A. Hicks of the Circuit Court for the County of Henrico, Virginia.
