Tracy A. Gallehr

Favorite Book: Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child

Tracy is a seasoned local government attorney who advises counties, cities, and other municipalities on the full spectrum of legal and administrative matters. Based in Manassas, she brings nearly three decades of experience to clients across Northern Virginia and throughout the Commonwealth.

With deep experience serving Virginia localities, including a longstanding role with Fauquier County, Tracy understands the unique challenges and responsibilities that local governments face. Her practice includes advising on day-to-day governance issues, land use and zoning matters, community development initiatives, and a broad range of litigation matters.

Tracy is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to building lasting relationships with her clients. She works closely with local officials to understand their priorities, foster open dialogue, and develop practical legal solutions that support their goals. What drives her work is a deep respect for the role local governments play in improving the daily lives of their residents. For Tracy, representing local government clients is an opportunity to help communities thrive.

Outside of the office Tracy enjoys gourmet cooking and baking, tending her collection of rare orchids, and competing as a member of a highly accomplished trivia team. She loves playing Wordle with her three adult sons.
