Steven provides responsive counsel to governmental entities on state and local government law issues. With a particular focus on public finance transactions, Steven acts as bond counsel and offers state and local entities guidance on municipal bond issuances and federal securities law concerns. He serves as a steadfast ally when helping cities, towns, counties, and authorities raise funds to finance their public projects and initiatives.
In a prior role, Steven provided clients with guidance on SEC and state-level securities compliance reporting, navigating complex blue sky filing laws and state regulatory commissions. His background includes drafting private placement memoranda and subscription documentation for private securities offerings, specializing in real estate-related securities. He also assisted small business clients with general business and corporate matters, including entity formation, dissolution, and ongoing corporate governance.
Beyond his legal practice, Steven is happy to spend quality time with his wife and two children. He can also be found on the golf course or engaged in discussions about his beloved New York Giants and New York Knicks.
