Scott has nearly 20 years of experience leading the financial operations of multi-faceted organizations. He comes to Sands Anderson from The Select Group, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, finance, procurement, human resources, and information technology. Before his time at The Select Group, Pontius held key financial roles at Apex Systems, Performance Food Group, and Capital One, where he developed a strong track record in financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency. He uses his experience across the professional service industry to drive Sands Anderson’s financial strategy and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
