Patrick Andriano brings years of deep industry knowledge and a commitment to supporting clients’ complete legal needs. Patrick focuses on helping school divisions, independent schools, and educational companies solve their most complex problems. He understands the vast issues facing clients in the education sector, and he works to help them minimize risk and maximize legal outcomes.

Patrick advises clients on a broad range of issues, including:

  • Harassment
  • Social media
  • Bullying and cyberbullying
  • English language learners

In addition to this work, Patrick routinely advises on student privacy pertaining to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. He also addresses special education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. In addition, Patrick helps clients comply with Title IX and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is proud to represent school boards in administrative investigations and hearings, and litigate cases in state, federal, and appellate courts.
