Favorite Book: The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom

Brian is an associate in Sands Anderson’s litigation practice group. He thrives on being able to ascertain the pertinent issues in a complex problem or fact pattern and thereby determine the best course of action for his clients.

Brian represents companies in a variety of commercial litigation matters. His focus includes supporting condemning authorities with eminent domain matters. He also defends correctional facilities in Section 1983 civil rights lawsuits brought in federal or state court.

When not in the office, Brian enjoys hiking as well as playing basketball and tennis. He also enjoys watching sports and is an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.
