A. Moshe Sherman

Favorite Book: Les Miserables by Victor Hugo

Mo represents business and individuals on a variety of litigation matters ranging from products liability, business torts, and appeals, to transportation and premises liability defense.

In his day-to-day practice, Mo supports the general litigation needs of his clients by developing effective defense strategies, conducting research, analyzing case law, drafting pleadings and legal briefs, coordinating and conducting discovery, and trying cases.  Mo takes pride in prioritizing tasks and orchestrating seamless coordination with his litigation team and clients. He approaches each client representation with empathy and ensures his clients have unwavering support throughout representation.

A persuasive communicator, Mo is known for articulating intricate legal concepts with clarity and conviction, both in and out of the courtroom through his legal writing and oral advocacy.  In addition to considerable experience on his feet in a courtroom, Mo has a proven track record of securing favorable settlements while expertly minimizing potential liability and safeguarding reputations. He also handles appeals in both Virginia's appellate courts and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Aside from vigorously championing his clients' causes, Mo dabbles in golf, albeit with varying success. He also enjoys spending time with his two daughters, reading, and learning new things.
