Sands Anderson Promotes Two Lawyers to Counsel

RICHMOND, Va. (January 6, 2025)Lindsay Bunting-Eubanks and M. Tolley Gwinn have been promoted to the position of Counsel at Sands Anderson PC, according to firm president Margaret F. Hardy. Both have been associates at the firm.

Lindsay Bunting-Eubanks is a member of Sands Anderson's Litigation Group and the Labor and Employment Team. Bunting-Eubanks serves both businesses and higher education organizations, offering proactive and prompt legal counsel. She helps clients with the day-to-day concerns that arise in the workplace and regularly counsels companies on issues ranging from contractual questions and severance agreements to EEOC charges and FLSA matters. Bunting-Eubanks, who is based in Sands Anderson’s Richmond office, joined the firm in 2019. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and law degree from the William & Mary Law School.

Tolley Gwinn joined Sands Anderson in 2023 as a member of the Government Group. Also based in the firm’s Richmond office, Gwinn counsels local government clients on a variety of general legal issues. With experience in administrative law matters, including federal procurement law and grant law, he provides guidance to public entities on everything from contracts and procurement to open records and meetings compliance, conflicts of interest, and public records management. He received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
