Sands Anderson PC Announces New Leadership for Government Group
RICHMOND, Va. (January 4, 2022) – Sands Anderson PC today announced Bradford A. King has assumed leadership of the firm’s Government Group. King has been an influential member of the Government Group for the past 10 years and most recently led the firm’s School & Education Law Team. Jason H. Ballum will replace King as School & Education Law Team Leader.
King helps public school divisions resolve their legal challenges. He is experienced in negotiating and litigating issues in areas including school employment, student discipline, governance, policy matters, contract negotiations and special education. He follows Daniel M. Siegel as Leader of the Government Group. Siegel, who led the Group for more than 20 years, a period during which the Group experienced significant growth, will continue to maintain his government and municipal finance practice.
Ballum, the School & Education Law Team Leader, will now oversee one of the Commonwealth’s largest teams of lawyers wholly dedicated to the legal needs of Virginia public school divisions.
