Sands Anderson Elects Pamela Y. O'Berry as Newest Shareholder

RICHMOND, Va. (January 2, 2025) – Sands Anderson PC has elected Pamela Y. O’Berry as a shareholder of the firm, according to firm president Margaret F. Hardy. O’Berry helps government entities navigate complex legal, ethical, and organizational challenges.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a district court judge, administrative law judge, general counsel, and trial attorney in both government and corporate settings, O'Berry has a unique understanding of how governmental entities work. She uses her depth of experience in governmental organization, decision-making, and litigation to help her clients resolve problems proactively, transparently and in the best interest of the citizens they serve.

O'Berry received her undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University and her law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. She is based in the firm’s Richmond, Virginia office.
