Sands Anderson Adds A. Moshe Sherman to Litigation Group

RICHMOND, Va. (August 25, 2023) – Sands Anderson PC today announced that A. Moshe Sherman has joined the firm as Counsel. He will be part of the firm’s Litigation Group and is based in the Richmond office.

Sherman represents business and individuals on a variety of litigation matters ranging from products liability, business torts, and appeals, to transportation and premises liability defense. He is an experienced litigator and zealous advocate who supports the litigation needs of his clients by developing effective strategies and executing on them throughout his cases.

Sherman is a skilled writer and litigator, known for articulating intricate legal concepts with clarity and conviction, both in and out of the courtroom.  In addition to his considerable trial experience, he has a proven track record of securing favorable settlements while expertly minimizing potential liability and safeguarding reputations. He also handles appeals in Virginia's appellate courts and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Sherman received his juris doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, his master’s in education from Loyola University Chicago, and his bachelor’s degree from Yeshivas Bais Yisrael in Jerusalem.
