Hall Carter Joins Sands Anderson Law Firm

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA --- W. Hall Carter, Jr., Esquire, has joined the Richmond office of Sands Anderson PC bringing with him an attractive practice in estate planning and elder law, announced law firm president L. Lee Byrd.

Carter recently relocated from Roanoke to Richmond, his hometown. Carter's practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax related matters, elder law issues, and corporate law. He is a member of the firm's Business Group.
