Experienced Construction Attorney R. Webb Moore Joins Sands Anderson

RICHMOND, Va. (July 1, 2024) – Sands Anderson PC today announced R. Webb Moore has joined the firm as Counsel. Webb is a professional engineer and experienced lawyer who assists owners, contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, and engineers with construction-related and development issues. He will be based in Sands Anderson’s Richmond office.

Moore’s practice includes negotiating construction and design contracts nationwide, defending and prosecuting large, complex construction claims, and representing design professionals before the Virginia State Board of Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers, and Landscape Architects. He has experience handling the appeals of public contract cases before the Federal Board of Contract Appeals, and his extensive court experience includes representing clients in both state and federal courts in Virginia.

In addition to his construction and real estate development law practice, Moore represents business owners and individual entrepreneurs in a wide range of business and litigation matters. His experience extends to product liability defense and intellectual property law, including IP litigation.
