Community Economic Development and Public Finance Attorney Ashley L. Anderson Joins Sands Anderson
Durham, NC (January 16, 2024) – Sands Anderson PC today announced Ashley L. Anderson has joined the firm as Counsel in Durham, North Carolina. Anderson works with local governments across North Carolina, focusing her practice on community economic development and public finance.
Anderson helps clients navigate the legal and practical issues related to project finance, downtown revitalization, development incentives, local government representation, public-private partnerships, contract negotiation, and zoning and land use. She will be a key member of Sands Anderson’s Government Group in North Carolina.

Anderson’s extensive experience includes serving as bond counsel, where she frequently collaborates with first-time and infrequent governmental borrowers. She is known for assisting localities obtain the funding necessary for public infrastructure, economic development projects, and capital improvement initiatives.
