Brian Muse Joins Sands Anderson Law Firm

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- Brian G. Muse, Esq. has joined the Richmond office of Sands Anderson PC bringing with him an attractive labor and employment law practice, announced firm president L. Lee Byrd.

Muse focuses his practice on counseling, mediating, arbitrating and litigating matters involving employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. He has extensive experience representing businesses in issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act's Public Accommodation and Access requirements. He also represents employers in traditional labor matters involving the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) and unfair labor practice charges. Muse is a member of the firm's Business and Professional Litigation Group.

Muse is a board member of the Peninsula Chapter of Virginia SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) serving as chair of the Government/Legal Affairs committee. Muse most recently was a partner at LeClairRyan. He regularly presents and publishes articles on employment law issues. Muse is listed among the "Legal Elite" by Virginia Business magazine in Labor/Employment and has been recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyers^® Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine for Employment & Labor.

Muse received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the College of William and Mary, Marshall Wythe School of Law.
