Biondi and Seltzer Elected Shareholders

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA - Andrew Biondi and Cullen D. Seltzer have been elected shareholders of the Sands Anderson PC law firm, according to firm president L. Lee Byrd.

"Andrew and Cullen are excellent attorneys and strong team players. Each possesses the positive attributes we require of shareholders of the firm," said Byrd. "We're very proud that Andrew began his career at our firm as a summer associate and has steadily built a prosperous practice as a member of the Business and Professional Litigation Group. Cullen successfully transitioned his litigation practice to Sands Anderson several years ago, and the practice has enjoyed significant and sustained growth ever since."

Biondi graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was a member of the McNeill Society and served as the manuscripts editor for the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the College of William and Mary. As a member of the Business and Professional Litigation Group, Biondi focuses his practice on commercial disputes, professional liability defense, and other civil litigation. Biondi has been listed as a "Super Lawyers Rising Star" for professional liability and in Virginia Business's Legal Elite for civil litigation. Seltzer also earned his law degree at the University of Richmond. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Mary Washington College. As a member of the Business and Professional Litigation Group, Seltzer focuses his practice on commercial and other civil litigation, mass tort and mass claim litigation, professional liability defense, law enforcement and public safety defense, and white collar criminal defense. He has been listed in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite since 2011 for civil litigation, in Super Lawyers® since 2008, and in Best Lawyers in America® for mass tort litigation since 2011.  Seltzer is chairman of the board of the Weinstein Jewish Community Center, the chairman of the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond's Enterprise Circle, a member of the board of managers of Congregation Beth Ahabah, and a  past chairman of the Board of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation.  Seltzer also served on the Virginia State Bar's Harry Carrico Professionalism Course faculty and is an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond School of Law where he teaches about professional ethics.
