Attorney LaToya H. Croxton Joins Sands Anderson

RICHMOND, Va. (June 21, 2023) – Sands Anderson PC is pleased to announce that LaToya H. Croxton has joined the firm’s Richmond office as Counsel. Croxton will be a part of the firm’s Government Group and will be a member of the School & Education Law Team.

Croxton will provide legal guidance and representation to public school divisions across Virginia on an array of legal issues ranging from special education matters and student discipline to constitutional law and government investigations. Croxton is one of 13 attorneys on the School & Education Law Team who provide legal support to school boards, superintendents, and school division staff across the Commonwealth.

Prior to joining Sands Anderson, Croxton served as a prosecutor in the metropolitan Richmond area for 12 years. She has experience litigating criminal matters before judges and juries and has effectively negotiated thousands of cases to resolution.

Croxton earned her juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010 and her bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in 2007. She can be reached at lcroxton@sandsanderson.com.
