Attorney Kyle D. Eldridge Joins Sands Anderson’s Government Group

Press Releases

RICHMOND, Va. (September 5, 2024) – Sands Anderson PC today announced Kyle D. Eldridge has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Richmond office. Eldridge offers comprehensive counsel to clients on a wide range of local government and administrative law issues.

As a member of Sands Anderson’s Government Group, Kyle provides well-rounded advice and representation to local government leaders throughout Virginia who are facing important legal challenges. He has a broad legal background that includes land use law, local government law, administrative law, constitutional law, employment law, labor law, contract law, insurance defense, and civil rights law.

The firm’s Government Group focuses on counseling counties, cities, towns, and other public entities, including regional and local authorities. The Group, which has experienced rapid growth during the past two years, represents more localities in Virginia and performs a wider variety of legal services for more governmental clients than any other law firm in the state. The Group added Kelley M.Kemp earlier this year.

"Kyle's broad experience and practical approach make him a great addition to our Government Group,” said firm President Margaret Hardy. “I am confident his ability to tackle tough legal issues and provide clear, effective solutions will help us continue to support local governments across Virginia."

Eldridge understands that governmental entities often need practical and effective solutions for complex legal situations where a clear right answer may not exist. He is committed to understanding his clients' unique needs and providing strategic guidance that empowers them to achieve their goals with confidence.

Eldridge received his juris doctor from Howard University and his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. He can be reached at keldridge@sandsanderson.com.
