Robyn H. Hansen
Robyn is a seasoned attorney who brings 40 years of experience representing both public and private sector entities, including for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Robyn has developed extensive experience in the legal landscape in which these public and private sector clients find themselves, including serving as general counsel to a number of organizations.
As part of this representation, she provides clients with guidance and representation in an array of matters such as employment and employee benefit issues, contract negotiations, policy development and implementation. At every step, Robyn supports clients with the legal tools and perspectives they need to create the best outcomes. As she works, her goal is to help her clients proactively address and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
A significant part of Robyn's practice is focused on employment-related topics. She helps each client look at their specific situation and find a path forward. She provides legal representation and support in addressing issues arising in the employment context such as discrimination and harassment claims, disability and leave, wage and hour, non-competition disputes, defamation claims and wrongful termination claims.
Robyn also developed a practice in employee benefits more than 30 years ago. Her experience covers retirement plans, health and welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, executive compensation, ERISA compliance and fiduciary matters.

Outside of the office, Robyn has many diverse interests. One of her favorites is spending time with her family. She has been married for more than 35 years to her husband Paul, and they have three adult children, Kristen, Lauren, and Nick, as well demanding but lovable pets. She enjoys reading and writing, and often uses her writing to help and encourage others in their spiritual journeys. Robyn is a foody and loves all aspects of cooking and baking, from grinding wheat to bake bread to creating delicious, healthy meals for family and friends. Some of her favorite pastimes are traveling, yoga, running, walking, and swimming.
