Hudson is also a member of the Business, Finance and Real Estate practice at the law firm, where she serves on the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights and the Financial Recovery Law teams. In addition, she is a founding Board member of the Virginia Network of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation ("IWIRC"), and chairs the City of Richmond Bar Association's CLE committee. As Philanthropy Co-Chair on the IWIRC Board, she coordinates an educational seminar series for the Hilliard House, providing landlord-tenant, budgeting, financial management, job skills, credit advice, and similar assistance to the residential facility's clients and residents.
Twice named to the Rising Stars list published in the Virginia Super Lawyers annual magazine, Ms. Hudson is on the firm's team currently representing creditors in the bankruptcies of Circuit City and LandAmerica Financial Group, among other legal work. She earned her J.D. at the University of Richmond's T. C. Williams School of Law and her B.B.A. (Finance) at the College of William and Mary.
