We are seeking lateral attorneys with significant experience and a portable book of business in the following specialty areas to join our firm: Business, Corporate and Securities, Construction and Real Estate, Corporate Healthcare Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Sands Anderson PC is expanding our Litigation Practice. We are seeking lateral candidates with 5-7 years of general litigation experience and a significant practice in litigation law to join our established team. North Carolina licensure required.
Sands Anderson PC is seeking a litigation associate to assist with general litigation and collections matters. Ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years litigation experience preferably in the areas of collections, bankruptcy and general civil litigation. North Carolina licensure required.
